Jason Shiers
Jason Shiers is a Certified Psychotherapist, 3p Transformative Coach and trainer based in the North West of the UK. Jason has been working with addictions & eating disorders for almost 25 years and has been in recovery from addiction himself for the same amount of time. Jason worked from a variety of understandings, starting off with 12 steps, Transactional Analysis, NLP and the person centred approach until he had an awakening through the understanding of the 3 Principles at an intensive with Michael Neill 4 years ago. Jason is a graduate of Supercoach Academy and works with groups or individuals helping uncover their innate well-being. Jason is the author of many articles about addiction, and the creator of Misunderstandings of the Mind podcast.
